Servicing your gas appliances is highly recommended. Correct servicing can prolong the life of the appliance keeping it safe and in many cases save you money on the running costs.
Landlord Certificate
Breakdowns
It is the Landlords responsibility to be able to produce a Landlord certificate each year, for each gas appliance. We want to make things easy for you! We will send you a reminder every year for each property when the inspection date is approaching!
We will also install a FREE Carbon Monoxide Detector in each property on the first inspection!
Appliance breakdowns do not have to be stressful. We pride ourselves in getting to the bottom of the problem quickly.
